Bank Delen chose ENGEPAR as its partner to fully revamp the classified “Dewin” building located alongside its current Brussels headquarters (Avenue De Tervueren). The ground floor & first floor were fitted out as exclusive client spaces whereas the second & third floors were geared toward the internal teams. Classified items (such as mosaics, stained glass, moldings,…) were carefully restored under supervision of the Royal Commission for Monuments & Sites. The exterior surroundings were fully remodeled along the way.
